The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so everyone keeps their privacy, even in a group. Living spaces are organised around a lounge with a designer suspended fireplace and a large dining room opening onto the garden — perfect for long family or friends' dinners. The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) makes cooking for a big table easy, whether with produce from the local market or oysters from the Arcachon Basin.

The interior has been carefully decorated with noble materials and a unique atmosphere, so you feel at home — only better.

Heated pool and large enclosed garden

Outside, the heated pool is framed by a wooden deck. The large enclosed garden of maritime pines provides shade during the hottest hours and a safe space for children. A garden lounge, a barbecue and an outdoor shower complete the setting: back from the beach, rinse off, dive in.

Cap-Ferret by bike

From the villa, the ocean beaches are about 5 minutes by bike. Oyster huts, restaurants and Cap-Ferret village can also be reached by bike thanks to the peninsula's cycle paths.
